1. CLIENT COMPLIANCE
The platforms, software and rules of our clients

Many clients have developed or partner with specific platforms. Knowing and working with/on these platforms is required to correctly to create, manage or roll out content in line with their processes.

Training can occur in one of two ways, (dependant on the specific platform) via online training with an external facilitator through internal sessions hands-on, or with pre-recorded video and documentation.

2. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

In a fast-changing industry, the more creatively flexible we are, the more relevant we become. Facilitating training and knowledge sharing is how we all help each other learn new skills and grow smarter.

Training can occur in several ways – blended learning, tutorials, online sessions allow for paced learning, task-based exercises/tests, M-Learning, tutorials and internal fun challenge events.

3. INTERNSHIPS
Building the future

We don’t simply want to take on interns to make lots of coffee, see who sticks around and hope that some have the fortitude to survive the madness. As a result, we have developed a two-part intake to internships at OLIVER+MORE:

1. Workplace Experience – a four-week programme designed to give students a taste of being in a production studio, getting them
2. Formal Internship – a three-month formal programme identifying candidates who have potential for roles within our business
